"2 B R 0 2 B" is a science fiction short story originally published in the Worlds of If Science Fiction magazine January 1962 issue. Read the title aloud as "2 B R naught 2 B" or "to be, or not to be" from William Shakespeare's Hamlet. This number in the story is what to dial for an assisted suicide through the Federal Bureau of Termination.
"The Big Trip Up Yonder" was originally published in the January 1954 issue of Galaxy Science Fiction. It had been written the year before and originally titled "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow" with some variations. It appeared under its original name in a Vonnegut short story collection Canary in a Cat House in 1961.
